‘Ruwad’ seeks to launch new financing programmes

The Sharjah SME “Ruwad” discussed launching new funding programmes serving university students, fresh graduates, and business owners, during the 17th meeting of the project financing committee, held at the headquarters of the Sharjah Economic Development Department.

The meeting was chaired by Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Director of “Ruwad” and Chairman of the Committee, in the presence of the committee members.

After complying with the financing conditions, the meeting focused on business plans submitted to get funded by Ruwad and their ability to thrive and gain revenue.

The meeting reviewed the funded projects report and decided to set an appointment with each project to follow it up. Three new financing programs were proposed, which were supported by the committee. It is recommended that they be submitted to the Head of the SEDD.
